
Wholesome Therapy
Being a Holistic Counsellor, a Meditation Therapist, and an NLP Coach with a holistic point of view, I take into consideration you as a whole person. My therapy is a personal and safe process that can involve talking about what is present for you, working together to unpack, explore and understand your concerns, and providing strategies and tools to work towards mental, physical and emotional wellness. Through therapy, you can learn skills and build inner resources that you will be able to take away with you and use for the rest of your life.
I work using a blend of humanistic / client-based and mindfulness counselling approaches, this gives me a chance to build a heart-to-heart connection with my client where we together work towards the desired outcome(s).
Counselling can also involve non-verbal communication if you feel uncomfortable talking, such as expressive therapies (for example, art, animal, symbol work, and movement), mindfulness and meditation. I may also work with you to learn about your brain and how it impacts your well-being. You and I will decide which approach you feel most comfortable with and work best for you.
