The boutique yoga space reflects our philosophy. Situated in the Redcliffe Peninsula, we are a tranquil, contemporary, light-filled space – designed to promote feelings of serenity and calmness as soon as you enter.

We are located above the Redcliffe Florist, working together to bring more love, health and healing to the Peninsula.

With the highest quality sustainable mats, props, and ample parking, there’s no need to worry about forgetting your mat or where to park. Every visit is a relaxing and stress-free experience.

Class Descriptions

All the classes are 60 or 75 minutes long to allow ample time for centering and relaxation at the beginning and end of each class. We recommend a regular yoga practice incorporating different styles of classes to help balance the yin and yang in our bodies and our lifestyles. 

  • Slow fluid and flowing in style, connecting movement with the breath and leaving you energised and glowing.

    No experience needed.

  • An energising vinyasa style flow to start your day. Basic yoga experience is recommended.

  • A deep meditative stretch with long holds in the poses targeting the connective tissues and promoting the flow of chi (energy) throughout the body. All levels welcome.

  • A perfect balance of yin and yang. Start with an energising flow and transition into a nourishing yin sequence for a deep meditative stretch. All levels welcome

  • Slip out of your week and into the weekend with a deeply relaxing and nourishing class for all levels including meditation, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.

    All levels are welcome.

  • Unravel and unwind at the end of a busy day with some slow, gentle movement followed by deep meditation to ease physical and mental tension.

    All levels welcome

  • A therapeutic class using the BackMitra or alternative props to awaken the spine, relieve back pain and increase breath capacity.

    All levels welcome.

  • A guided mindfulness meditation practice followed by a deeply relaxing yoga nidra (yoga sleep) to prepare you for the week ahead.
